  An initial consultation will help to uncover your manufacturing requirements, so that the first design stage can begin. Our drawing office will start to plan the different elements of the conveying solution, whilst working out how each piece of equipment will interact with the next. Only when everyone is happy with the concept, will the detailed design work commence.

   

  At all stages, our designers will work closely with Conveyor Technology’s manufacturing department and the customer, to ensure the design is fit for purpose, robust, easy to maintain and compliant with all health and safety requirements.

• Equipment manufacture
  Once the design is agreed, our highly skilled manufacturing department will begin to fabricate the technology. They select only the best raw materials to ensure the finished solution is high quality, robust and built to last.

   

  Working from our modern industrial premises in Halifax, West Yorkshire, this team produces materials handling solutions for diverse clients worldwide. They liaise with our installations team and/or customers’ on-site personnel throughout the manufacturing process, so that the commissioning of the equipment can be carefully scheduled.

• Equipment installation and commissioning
  We hand-pick the best-fit installation team for each individual job, ensuring the technology is commissioned by experienced engineers that can truly understand your specific production environment.

   

  Maintaining close dialogue with the customer, we plan the installation so it can be undertaken as efficiently as possible. When installing conveying solutions amongst existing equipment, we work hard to minimise any operational disruption. And if other equipment providers are involved in the commissioning of a bigger plant, we liaise with them throughout to ensure all technologies are effectively integrated together and running smoothly.
